A 70-Minute Guided Journey to Inner Alignment This is a cozy, intimate class designed for just 10 participants who are ready to reconnect with their inner energy centers. Together, we’ll explore the seven main chakras—what they are, how they influence your emotional and physical wellbeing, and how you can work with them in your everyday life to feel more balanced, grounded, and empowered. Here’s what to expect during our time together: • Opening Light Meditation (7 minutes): Ground yourself, breathe deeply, and prepare to receive. • Chakra Exploration (55 minutes): Learn the foundations of each chakra—how to identify imbalances, how to align and activate them, and how to support your energy through simple daily practices. • Closing Light Meditation (7 minutes): Seal in the wisdom, calm your energy, and leave feeling uplifted and centered. • Connection & Tea (throughout): Enjoy soothing herbal teas like chamomile and peppermint as we share and reflect.
